A year on the floor — conferences to carpets.

Started in closed-door Manhattan investor conferences, where discretion and precision were the baseline. Everything since has been built on that.

Corporate Conferences
Keynotes, breakouts, executive summits, panels. Clean, consistent coverage across every room — same-day selects if your comms team needs them for decks, newsletters, or social.
See conferences →General Events
Brand activations, launches, galas, premieres, red carpets, and private celebrations. Wide-ranging coverage, shot for how your team will actually use it — press, social, and recap decks.
See general events →Every image I deliver originates as a RAW file with its camera metadata intact. In a year when anyone can render a convincing "event photo," mine come with proof the event happened.

Specializing in High-Stakes Documentation — From Wall Street to Hollywood
Since 2010, I have served as a trusted visual partner for PR and marketing teams across the country’s most demanding industries. My career began in the high-pressure world of New York City finance, documenting Wall Street investor conferences and political summits where discretion and precision are non-negotiable. After relocating to Los Angeles, I expanded my scope to include the unique energy of entertainment and influencer culture. My portfolio spans the full spectrum of professional event coverage, encompassing high-fidelity documentation for tech summits, brand activations, and international expos.

Get a quoteLos Angeles event photographer for PR, marketing, and production teams
When you need a Los Angeles event photographer for a high-stakes brand activation, product launch, corporate summit, or red carpet, you don't need a vendor who requires hand-holding. Since 2010 I've delivered press-ready event photography for communications teams, PR agencies, and production companies working in real, unscripted environments — from investor conferences in Manhattan to premieres outside the Dolby Theatre. I cover events across Downtown LA, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and West Hollywood, at venues including the Los Angeles Convention Center, JW Marriott L.A. LIVE, the California Club, Fairmont Century Plaza, and The Beverly Hilton.
What the coverage includes
Establishing scale: wide venue shots that prove the magnitude of your event. Candid networking: unobtrusive coverage of executive arrivals, keynote speakers, and VIP interactions. Sponsor ROI: deliberate, lookbook-style shots of branded signage, product tables, and activation environments — framed the way recap decks need them. Whether it's a corporate conference or a brand activation, gala, or red carpet, the coverage is built around how your team will actually use the images.
Logistics and deliverables
Standard 48-hour turnaround, with same-day Social Selects available within hours. Full usage rights for web, press, social, and internal decks included standard. Professional Sony systems, RAW file integrity, zero AI-generated renders — every image keeps its original camera metadata. No travel fees across Los Angeles and Ventura counties. Fully insured, with Certificates of Insurance available for any major venue. Multi-photographer teams for large-scale, multi-track conferences. How much does an event photographer cost in Los Angeles?
My base rate is $250 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. That covers the shoot, professional Sony gear, and color-corrected, press-ready files with full usage rights. Full-day and multi-day summits receive custom flat-rate quotes.
Do you offer same-day event photo delivery?
Yes. Standard delivery is 2–3 business days. PR teams can add Social Selects ($50) for a curated best-of gallery within hours, or Next-Day Rush ($150) for the full edited gallery by the following morning.
How do you keep visual continuity across multi-track conferences?
A synchronized team and a single matched look. I bring on associate photographers and we calibrate before doors open — keynote, breakouts, and sponsor floor come back as one cohesive gallery.
Why hire a specialist brand-activation photographer?
Because the deliverable is different. A generalist gives you nice photos; a specialist shoots to your style guide, frames sponsor details the way recap decks need them, and delivers on PR-campaign timelines.
Are you insured?
Fully — general liability, with custom COIs available for any major LA venue.
